New York: State Police charged Kimberly N. Diffendorf, 37, of Kirkwood, NY for felony DWI

(Kirkwood, NY – October 11, 2016) On October 9, 2016, at about 11:55 p.m., New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Kimberly N. Diffendorf, 37, of Kirkwood, NY for the felony of driving while intoxicated.

This arrest occurred after Diffendorf was observed moving from her lane unsafely as she drove on State Route 11 in the Town of Kirkwood.  After stopping in a driveway an investigation determined that she was driving while intoxicated.  This DWI arrest was a felony because Diffendorf has a prior conviction for DWI within the last ten years.

She was issued tickets returnable to the town of Kirkwood court on October 18, 2016.
