On April 23, 2016, the New York State Police in Princetown arrested Tracy Miller, 35, of Amsterdam, NY for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Troopers observed a vehicle stopped half in the driving lane on I-890 westbound with its flashers activated.
During their investigation, it was revealed the Miller had struck the guardrail.
Troopers also report that Miller’s breath had an odor of alcoholic beverage. Miller was administered field sobriety test which showed that she was impaired. Miller submitted to a breath test which determined that her blood alcohol content was .16%. Miller was processed and released on tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rotterdam Court on Thursday April 28th.

State Police in North Syracuse arrested Todd J. Weil, age 42, from Syracuse, NY for felony Driving While Intoxicated (felony charges due to a previous DWI conviction within 10 years).
Weil was stopped by Troopers on Brewerton Road in the Town of Salina after he failed to stop at a stop sign.
A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected and Weil was subsequently arrested for DWI. Weil was arraigned in the Town of Salina Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $5000 cash/bond.

The New York State Police report that they arrested Michael L. Kline, age 52, from East Molloy Road in Mattydale for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both misdemeanors.
Kline was arrested after a traffic stop on Court Street in the Town of Salina. Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Kline’s breath. He was subsequently arrested for Aggravated DWI after a BAC level of .25% and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.
Kline was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Salina Court and is scheduled to appear on May 4, 2016, at 5pm.
A passenger in the vehicle, 38-year-old, Kathleen A. Sheehan, from Court Street in Syracuse was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Salina Court and is scheduled to appear on May 5, 2016, at 5pm.

On April 23, 2016, at 1:49 am, State Police responded to County Route 10 in the Town of Schroeppel for a report of a motorcycle accident. When Troopers arrived they located a 2012 Suzuki motorcycle on the west shoulder of the roadway, however, the operator left the scene.
Troopers responded to the owner’s residence, 681 County Route 10 in Pennellville and located the driver Robert L. Keller III, age 29, bleeding from a head injury. He was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
On April 24, 2016, Keller was released from the hospital and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a class “E” felony (due to previous convictions within 10 years) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree, a class “E” felony. Keller was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on May 4, 2016 at 5:30 pm.
The New York State Police report that they arrested a Broadalbin woman charging her with DWI following a traffic stop that occurred in the Village of Broadalbin.
Troopers arrested Kristina L. Tomlinson, age 39 following a traffic stop on Broad Street. Tomlinson was originally stopped for a traffic infraction, during the investigation, it was determined that she was intoxicated. Tomlinson was released on tickets to appear in the Town of Broadalbin Court on May 5, 2016, at 10:00 am.
