New York: State Police nab a dozen for DWI over weekend, reports Watertown Daily News

James M. Lawlor, 43, of 29647 Route 3, Black River, was charged by state police with felony DWI about 10:10 p.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the town of Pamelia.
Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication. The arrest was his second in a month. State police charged him with felony aggravated DWI on Route 12 in the town of Alexandria on May 27, when he tested at 0.30 percent. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more. He is charged with felonies because he was convicted of DWI in January 2002 in Watertown City Court.
