New York State Police report DWI arrests for May 30, 2018

New York State Police charged House with DWI on May 29, 2018

Subsequently to a traffic stop for speeding on I 99 in the Town of Erwin Troopers Arrested House.   House was arraigned in the Town of Corning Court and posted $1,000 Cash Bail.  House will return to The Town of Erwin Court to answer to the charges on June 7, 2018, at 10:00 AM.

On May 25, 2018 Horseheads based State Police arrested an Elmira woman for Driving While Ability Impaired.  Anne Cheatham, age 59 of Elmira, NY was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by the Combined Influence of Drugs and Alcohol.  Cheatham was arrested subsequent to a traffic stop in the Town of Southport.  Cheatham was released from police custody to a third party with tickets returnable to the Southport Town Court on June 28, 2018, at 5:30 PM.

 

 

Anne Cheatham, age 59 of Elmira, NY was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by the Combined Influence of Drugs and Alcohol.
