Troopers came upon a Jeep stuck in the snow on Bellows Pond Road near State Route 24 in Southampton at 1:10 a.m. and found the driver, Christopher Vaca of Hampton Bays, had lost control of the truck and crashed into the snow while driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.  MORE
