A Virginia man has been charged with drunken driving in connection with a two-car accident Easter Sunday in Utica that left one man dead and a woman critically injured, Utica police said. William Daniels, 46, of Hopewell, Va., was listed in stable condition at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, where he was expected to be arraigned by a Utica City Court judge on a single charge of driving while intoxicated, police said. ….MORE
