The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Miles T. Rowan, 26, of 20734 Muskellunge Lane, Sackets Harbor, was charged by state police at 7:07 p.m. Aug. 4 on Salmon Run Mall Loop with felony aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and circumventing an interlock system.

His blood alcohol content was listed as 0.22 percent. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.

He was previously convicted of DWI in March 2011.

■ Haley M. DeJesus, 19, of 33452 County Route 18, Theresa, was charged by state police at 1:33 a.m. Thursday ….MORE
