A weekend afternoon shopping trip to Nordstrom at The Westchester Mall turned into a DWI arrest for Michelle Lattire, 50, of Pelham. She was stopped by city police shortly after noon on Sunday, and was arrested for driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and driving while intoxicated with a child under 15—two misdemeanors and a felony.
