A prominent Winston-Salem lawyer who represents people charged with driving while impaired is facing that charge after being stopped Saturday in Iredell County.
Chuck Alexander, a former president of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, was charged with DWI and driving without headlights, according to the website for the N.C. Administrative Office of the Courts.    ….MORE
