A Forsyth County judge increased bond Friday to $50,000 for a man arrested in May for DWI and who has been charged since then in three counties –
including Henderson – with driving while license revoked.
He also was convicted in 2009 on charges that he caused a fatal accident killing his girlfriend because he was driving while impaired.
Johnny Ray Oldham, 47, was charged with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, reckless driving, speeding and possession of an open container of alcohol.
