A Gastonia man found a judge less sympathetic after getting charged with driving while impaired less than an hour after leaving her court in regard to a 2009 DWI.
District Court Judge Angela Hoyle ordered that Markevia Tramayne Mason be held in Gaston County Jail without bond on a driving while impaired charge Wednesday.
