WHICH ONE DIES? Neither….its the passenger on the ATV who is killed…both suspected drunk drivers of the vehicles are arrested for DWI
Court records show that Melvin Oxendine has three prior DWI convictions on his record in addition to a variety of criminal convictions…this guy did time on three occassions in North Carolina but the “system of justice” had once again paroled him…will he be a “keeper” now? Only The Shadow knows for sure!

LUMBERTON — A 25-year-old Fairmont woman was killed 33 minutes into the new year when the all-terrain vehicle she was on was struck by a car about two miles southwest of Lumberton, according to the state Highway Patrol.
The drivers of both vehicles have been charged with driving while impaired. Casie Blue, of 6546 N.C. 130 East, was a passenger on the ATV being driven north on Pleasant Hope Road by 39-year-old Guster Sylvester Scott, of 97 Smokey Road in Fairmont, according to a report by Trooper J.A.
