FORT GIBSON — A Tulsa man was arrested on an allegation he drove under the influence during a crash that resulted in the death of his 5-year-old boy. 
 Cody Welch was heading west on West Popular Street near Scott Street in Fort Gibson about 4:10 a.m. Saturday when his 2004 Ford F-150 drove left of center, overcorrected and then exited the road to the right before rolling several times and hitting a tree, according to the Muskogee Phoenix.   
 The boy, whose name has not been released, was ejected from the truck, the newspaper reported.  He was airlifted to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
