CHANDLER, Okla. —A misdemeanor DUI charge has been filed against Lincoln County’s emergency manager and 911 director and county commissioners are holding a special meeting Thursday to discuss possible disciplinary action.
Joey Ray Wakefield, 39, is charged in Lincoln County District Court with one count of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, aggravated. ….MOST
