Oklahoma: new law will require less swilling while boating

LAKE MURRAY, OK – A new law that would lower the legal limit for boaters is on Governor Mary Fallin’s desk.
Her signature would mean that boaters in Oklahoma who test in excess of .08 can now be charged with DWI. The current limit is .10.
Folks we talked to said the change would be fine with them. “You don’t drink and drive when you’re on the road and you don’t drink and drive when you’re in the water that’s my personal opinion that’s a mother for ya.”   ….MORE
