Oklahoma: newspaper reports on Pittsburg County District Court verdicts, Charles S. Leeper leads the list with guilty plea to DUI

Charles S. Leeper, 34, McAlester, pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red light. He was fined $650 and sentencing was deferred for three years.
 Gregory Goosby, 51, Spencer, pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving without a driver’s license. He was fined $930, ordered to complete DUI school, ordered to use an interlock device for six months and sentencing was deferred for six months. Charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication were dismissed.
Norman C. Nunn, 46, Memphis, Tenn., pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, transporting an opened container of beer and driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $1,460, ordered to complete DUI school, ordered to use an interlock device for one year and received a one-year suspended sentence.
