04/21/2014 —- Portland Police report that on Saturday April 19, 2014, at 10:45 p.m., East Precinct officers responded to the report of a two vehicle crash at Southeast 139th Avenue and Stark Street.

Officers arrived and learned that a gray 2000 Dodge Caravan, driven by 31-year-old Eusiquio Colores-Galindo of Southeast Portland, was traveling eastbound on Stark Street approaching 139th Avenue, with the green light. As the vehicle traveled through the intersection, a westbound black 2005 Ford F250 pickup, driven by 46-year-old Alfred Louis Randall of Southeast Portland, started to turn left (southbound) onto 139th Avenue and collided with the Dodge Caravan.

Colores-Galindo, his wife and family, including three children (1, 3 & 5 years old), were all transported to Portland hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers determined that the driver of the Ford pickup was intoxicated and arrested him for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII). A passenger in his vehicle did not require medical attentions.

Randall was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Assault in the Third Degree, DUII and Reckless Driving.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
