Portland Police Major Crash Team investigators have identified the persons involved in the early morning crash on Northeast Portland Highway near Northeast Cully Boulevard. The preliminary investigation revealed that 38-year-old Jesse Ream was driving a Chevy Suburban northbound on Northeast Cully Boulevard when he struck a Kia Sportage traveling westbound on Northeast Portland Highway driven by 32-year-old Tessa Conradi. Conradi died at the scene. 27-year-old Shorona Rowland and 34-year-old Charlotte Mose were in the vehicle driven by Ream.
