HARMONY TOWNSHIP, Pa. —   A young Beaver County man who’s suspected of  driving drunk in a weekend crash that killed another person had been cited  several times in the past year for driving with a suspended license.
Robert Banko was driving on Route 989  when his pickup truck went over  the center line and struck a motorcycle at about 3:15 a.m. Sunday, according to  Harmony Township police.
