BETHLEHEM, Pa. – June 24, 2011 (WPVI) — A state lawmaker from eastern Pennsylvania has been charged with drunken driving.
Democratic Rep. Joseph Brennan was arrested outside his Bethlehem district office Wednesday afternoon.
Brennan said in a statement Thursday that he had returned to Bethlehem from Harrisburg after the House finished its business for the day. He says he drank alcohol and then headed to the office to answer constituent emails and letters. That’s when he was pulled over.  ….MORE
