A York woman was jailed Thursday after pleading guilty in Lancaster County Court to driving drunk with two young children in her car earlier this year on Manheim Pike.

Ivana S. Bradley will serve at least three days at Lancaster County Prison, and up to 23 months, for the Feb. 3 incident at Sheetz, 1180 Manheim Pike.

Witnesses reported Bradley driving erratically and police responded to the Sheetz and found Bradley and her two children, ages 6 and 8, in her car.

The car was freshly damaged and had a flat tire. Bradley tried to drive away from police, but was stopped.

Police reported she was visibly intoxicated; she refused Breathalyzer and blood tests for her blood-alcohol level.

No one was hurt.

Bradley pleaded guilty and was sentenced Thursday by County Judge Donald Totaro, according to Assistant District Attorney Kevin McGarry.

In addition to the 3 days-to-23-months jail sentence, Bradley was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, complete Alcohol Safety School and undergo drug and alcohol treatment. Her license will be suspended for a year and she must complete 100 hours of community service, the judge ordered.
