CHAMBERSBURG, PA. 2013-08-17— A former Waynesboro man was sentenced Wednesday to serve 42 to 82 months in a state correctional facility, one month after he entered a guilty plea of one count of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence.
Agustin Macias-Marquez, 28, was driving a sport utility vehicle in Chambersburg just before 12:30 a.m. Dec. 31, 2012, when he crashed into a Saturn at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and McKinley Street.
