Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Randal Todd has chosen not to hear criminal cases pending the outcome of his arrest on drunken driving charges, Common Pleas President Judge Donna Jo McDaniel said Thursday.
Mt. Lebanon police said they arrested Judge Todd, 56, on Dec. 16 after an officer watched him back into another vehicle at Shady Drive West and Washington Road, not far from the police station. He was charged by summons with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and a summary traffic citation. ….MORE
