On October 8, 2015, around 2158 hours, police arrested William John WISMAN, 27, of North Middleton Township.  WISMAN was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance after police were called to the 100 block of Wagner Street for a non-injury auto accident.  WISMAN was taken for central booking and released.  WISMAN will receive the charges via mail.

Matthew Paul MIKOTTIS, 24, of Lower Frankford Township

On Thursday, October 1, 2015, police filed a criminal complaint against Matthew Paul MIKOTTIS, 24, of Lower Frankford Township.  Police allege MIKOTTIS was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at 0135 hours when MIKOTTIS overturned his 1997 Volkswagen Golf in the area of 3470 Waggoner’s Gap Road, North Middleton Township.  MIKOTTIS is charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance and Careless Driving.  MIKOTTIS will receive the charges by mail.
