MORTON — Authorities say a Spring City woman was drunk and under the influence of narcotics in November when she caused a violent car crash that ultimately took the life of a Montgomery County man.
Linda Louise Heller, 49, allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.218 and had narcotics in her system when she crashed her car into a concrete barrier on Morton Avenue Nov. 30.
