EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP —06/14/2014— Police released more information Wednesday on Sunday’s fatal crash on Bow Creek Road.

Joshua K. Miller, 26, of Grantville, was driving a 2006 Hyundai Sonata when he crossed the center line and struck a 2010 Mercedes-Benz S550 at 1:16 a.m. Sunday.

Miller is expected to be charged with DUI and other related offenses, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Police said Brandon D. Faust, 26, of Harrisburg, who was a passenger in the Hyundai, died in the crash. Court documents show that Miller is awaiting a preliminary hearing for marijuana possession, DUI and other traffic violations committed on April 5.
