Pennsylvania: Town official charged with DUI after crashing, injuring woman and child

POTTSTOWN — An Amity Township supervisor remains free on $30,000 unsecured bail after being arraigned Tuesday on driving under the influence charges stemming from a Feb. 11 West Pottsgrove crash that injured a 3-year-old child.
Terry Jones, 46, of the 100 block of Worman Road, Amity, is charged with two counts of DUI, recklessly endangering another person and careless driving after allegedly driving his 2000 Ford Explorer into the path of Shannon Nester’s oncoming Mitsubishi, injuring Nester, 24, of Stowe, and her daughter. ….MORE
