Upper Allen Township Police report: On January 14, 2015 at approximately 11:25 AM, Kimmey was driving a vehicle and turned right onto Mt. Allen Drive after crossing a bridge over US Route 15. Kimmey failed to negotiate the turn properly and struck an oncoming car. When police arrived, they found that Kimmey was intoxicated and she was arrested at the scene for DUI. There were no injuries in the crash, but Kimmey’s vehicle required towing from the scene. Kimmey was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.

 

Zachary H Malseed DUI pot Upper Allen Township Police Penn 012215

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On January 2, 2015 at approximately 2:00 PM, Zachary Malseed was stopped for driving in excess of 80 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on US Route 15 near South Market Street. Malseed was found to be under the influence of marijuana and in possession of drug paraphernalia. Malseed was arrested at the scene and transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date.

 

Gary B Powles DUI in Upper Allen Township Penn 012215

Charges:
Driving Under Influence

On January 2, 2015 at approximately 4:00 PM, Powles rear-ended another motorist stopped at the traffic light on South Market Street at U.S. Route 15. During the investigation, Powles was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested for DUI. Neither party was injured in the crash. Powles was taken to the Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date.
