Rhode Island State Police report the following DUI arrests for Feb. 2, 2020

At 11:55 PM, troopers arrested Richard Davis, 43, of 157 Oak Hill Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs- First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:35 AM, troopers arrested Paul Iturralde, 25, of 40 Yorkshire Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs – First Offense/ B.A.C Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:46 AM, members of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Adolfo Saldanha, age 40, of 213 Baker Street, Providence, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs –First Offense B.A.C Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 north in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 2:50 AM, members of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Leomary Rivera Carmona, 19, of 421 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-First Offense / B.A.C Phase 1.) .213 and Phase 2.) .211. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Point Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

At 4:02 AM, members of the Traffic Safety Unit arrested Shaneka Isom, age 29, of 28 Apollo Road. East Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs- First Offense B.A.C Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 3:08 PM, Troopers arrested Zachary Cifelli, 21, of 133 Ridge Road, Smithfield RI for 1)Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs – First Offense .10-.15. Breath Test Results Phase I: .147, Phase II: .137. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 North in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On February 1, 2020, at 3:52 AM, Troopers arrested Jean Melo, 38, of 152 Rugby Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs B.A.C Unknown – First offense; and 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the Town of East Greenwich. Melo was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

At 8:27 PM Troopers arrested Alfred Verdone, 60, of 7 Ingalls Court, Methuen, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense – BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, and 3) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 West in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 10:08 PM Troopers arrested Lesvia Zelada, 34, of 53 Gloucester Street Apt #1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense – BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Cranston. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 2:32 AM Troopers arrested Aleido Varela, 30, of 1032 Main Street Apt #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense – BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense and 3.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 8:22 PM Troopers arrested Jeremias Rego, 42, of 1 McTeers Court, Floor #2, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense – B.A.C. .15 or Greater. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to E-911 call for an erratic operator traveling on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.

At 1:44 AM Troopers arrested Cesar Revolorio, 57, of 16 Prospect Street Avenue, Waltham, MA for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 911 calls for an erratic operator on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.

At 2:11 AM Troopers arrested Marlen Ramirez, 43, of 93 Colfax Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- First Offense-B.A.C .15 or Greater. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult.

At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Marcos Cabrera, 47, of 1940 Washington Avenue, Bronx, New York for 1) Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin – Excess of 1 Kilogram and 2) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and turned over to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.

On January 29, 2020, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Jesus M. Rodriguez, 28, of 165 St. Agnes Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine; 2) Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance – Marijuana Edibles; 3) Possession of Counterfeit Bills, and 4) Distribution of Controlled Substance Near School. Mr. Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Sixth District Court and held as a Superior Court violator.

At 1:58 AM, Troopers arrested Eric Armistead, 35, of 257 Shermantown Road, Saunderstown, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence B.A.C Unknown – Second Offense, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Armstead was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.

At 11:34 PM, Troopers arrested Blake Rocha, 35, of 59 Shelldrake Road, Wakefield, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense / B.A.C. Unknown; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 South in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:40 AM Troopers arrested Tyrone Walker, 42, of 19 Fletcher Avenue, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, First Offense-BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was a result of Troopers discovering a motor vehicle accident in a construction zone on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
