ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. — Troopers in Anderson County are investigating a deadly accident in front of the Anderson Jockey Lot. The accident happened around 11:45 a.m. Sunday. Troopers say the Christopher Alexander Martin was driving a Buick which struck two pedestrians after he went off the right side of Highway 29.
