From WWMB – A second person died Tuesday  Dec. 30, 2014, as a result of a Felony DUI crash that happened in Loris last week.

Miles Waddell, 17, died from multiple trauma caused by a car crash involving two SUVs on Red Bluff Road on December 22, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner Darris Fowler.

His brother, Christopher Waddell, 26, died earlier as a result of the same crash.

Craig Livingston, 32, from Loris, has been charged with Felony Driving Under the Influence and one charge of having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle in the crash. ….MORE

A Loris man was charged in connection with a fatal crash that killed a passenger in one of the two cars, according to authorities.

Craig Austin Livingston, 32, Loris was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday on charges of felony driving under the influence with great bodily injury, felony DUI with death results and open container of beer/wine in a vehicle, according to jail records.

Livingston remains jailed pending a bond hearing, records showed at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Troopers with the S.C. Highway Patrol charged Livingston in connection with a crash that happened about 8:15 p.m. Monday when he was driving a 1998 Ford Explorer south on Red Bluff Road.

Livingston crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Jeep Cherokee that was traveling north, Cpl. Sonny Collins said.
