An Horry County grand jury has indicted a Florida woman on a charge related to the August 2009 death of a 60-year-old Nichols woman, according to court records.
Kimberly Kelley Hilburn, 39, of Winter Haven, Fla., was indicted on a charge of felony driving under the influence resulting in death and two counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury, according to the grand jury indictments released Tuesday. ….MORE
