BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (09/12/2014) – South Carolina Highway Patrol reports one person is dead and one woman is arrested after a fatal single car crash in Berkeley County Thursday afternoon.
Troopers say 38-year-old Melanie Maguire was arrested and charged with a felony driving under the influence. According to online jail records, Maguire is also charged with first offense of driving under suspension. ….MORE
