GREENVILLE  COUNTY, S.C. —One person is dead and another is facing charges after a  fatal wreck in Greenville County.

According to highway  patrol, the crash happened around 7:30 last night on SC 296, three miles north  of Woodruff Road.

Troopers told News 4 that  Russell Corey Fuller, 27 of Fountain Inn, was driving a 2002 Lincoln Town Car.  Fuller attempted to pass
