South Carolina: Prosecutor Donnie Myers Busted for DUI After Claiming Falsely He Was Forced Off Road

Sheriff Leon Lott stated that Ricard, a Richland County Sheriff’s Deputy was suspended immediately without pay until further notice. The Sheriff added that Ricard was off duty and in her personal vehicle at the time of this incident. Ricard was transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
