Pennsylvania: Kyle Risko faces DUI homicide charges; dumped his brother from his truck and then backed over his head – what a fun night of booze and cocaine

Kyle Risko called police to tell them he found his older brother on North Eighth Street in a pool of blood. William Risko was taken to Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, where he was pronounced dead.

Kyle Risko told police he had been out drinking with his two brothers, William and Joseph. He said they got back to their motel room and he fell asleep. He said that at some point, William woke him up and told him that they had to leave.
Police obtained surveillance footage from a nearby business and it showed Kyle Risko driving his SUV with his brother hanging onto the driver side in a “desperate attempt to stop his brother Kyle Risko from driving.” The video shows William Risko fall off the SUV and his brother back up in the SUV.
