Florida: Was Roy Sanders the only one drunk enough to believe his lame DUI story about rear-ending a Lexus with his BMW?
Officers said they smelled alcohol and that Sanders had bloodshot eyes and was swaying back and forth. But he refused to take a sobriety test and said officers didn’t have any proof he was driving. Sanders did tell officers he was drinking but when asked what, he responded, “water,” according to the report.
Florida: Jakub Gryczan charged with DUI for second time in two weeks; crashed into and seriously injured Officer Richard Webster
Gryczan was jailed Friday on a charge of DUI with seriously bodily injury and reckless driving. West Palm Beach police arrested him on a separate DUI charge on April 3.
