South Carolina: Robert Lewis Frady Jr faces DUI murder rap for killing Donald Ray Brown in crash
Donald Ray Brown, of Travelers Rest, was the driver of a vehicle that was struck by an SUV just north of Williams Road around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Brown had to be extricated from his car and was flown to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where he later died, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office.
