Vermont: State Police report DUI arrests for Oct. 19, 2015
It was suspected that Greene was operating while under the influence of drugs. He was screened roadside and taken into custody for suspicion of DUI-drugs. He was later screened for drug influence by a Drug Recognition Expert.
