Connecticut: State Police charged John Fretts with DUI manslaughter for killing Daniel Dziadik
Troopers determined that Fretts had been driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Route 8 in Watertown when his vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Daniel M. Dziadik of Torrington, who was killed as a result of the impact.
