Louisiana: State Police say DWI likely in death of Seth Orcutt in I-10 crash
Orcutt was properly restrained but received fatal injuries as a result of the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Ascension Parish Coroner’s Office. Impairment is suspected to be a factor in the crash. A toxicology test will be conducted by the Ascension Parish Coroner’s Office.
