Kansas: DUI driver Souksvanh Christ Chamongchith killed Idir Lounes in Thanksgiving Day crash
Initial reports indicate that one vehicle was traveling north on 56 Highway when it was struck by the other vehicle traveling west on 159th Street. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle traveling north, a 31 year old male, was transported to the hospital and later pronounced deceased.
