Louisiana: State Police report Katy Robertson was DUI when she mowed down Charlotte Ross & Angel Gill who were walking in center of road in pitch dark

Charlotte Woods Ross and Angel Simmons Gill were both pronounced decease on scene by the Tangipahoa Parish Coroner’s Office. Troopers placed Katy Robertson under arrest for suspicion of DWI. She provided a voluntary breath sample which resulted in a BAC of .135g% alcohol. Katy Robertson was subsequently booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail for two counts of Vehicular Homicide.

Youngblood performed poorly on a standard field sobriety test, so he was then transferred to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office, where he submitted to a breath intoxilyzer test, which concluded he was over the legal limit.

Youngblood, who has 2 prior DWI arrests since 2010, was arrested and charged with DWI 3rd and careless operation.
