Segovia was uninjured in the collision and was arrested for driving under the influence, hit and run collision causing injury and was later booked into jail.

California: Daniel Fritch charged by Lake Elsinore Police with DUI after crash

The investigation determined the driver, Daniel Fritch, age 46 of Lake Elsinore, was driving along Lakeshore Drive, when he lost control of his vehicle. His vehicle struck a guard rail, rolled down an embankment and came to rest on its wheels. Fritch and a female adult passenger were transported to a local hospital where they were being treated for apparent non-life-threatening injuries

California: Denise Boge charged with DUI after being snagged in sobriety checkpoint in Lake Elsinore

The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, 58-year-old Calimesa resident Barbara Morrison, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the traffic collision. Morrison was taken to a local-area hospital as a precaution and subsequently booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
