Maryland: Victor Clifford Stevens charged with theft and DWI after stealing truck from McDonalds; keys were in the ignition
Police say that Stevens had struck a mailbox and was extremely intoxicated. Stevens was arrested Anne Arundel Police Officer Panowicz and charged with DWI, Auto Theft, and numerous other traffic charges.

Upper Marlboro, MD – Oct. 8, 2015— Maryland State Police report that they arrested an impaired driver, later identified as a Howard County Police Officer, who left the scene of a crash that injured another in Prince George’s County on Oct. 7, 2015. The boozing cop also had a child in the car with him, say police.
Maryland: State Police probe 15 crashes involving DUI drivers over one weekend
This past weekend, October 2, 2015 through October 5, 2015, troopers investigated 15 collisions involving suspected impaired drivers. One of those crashes involved a Maryland State Trooper occurred in the Annapolis area while attempting to stop a suspected drunk driver. He was arrested and charged.
