Maryland: Nurse Lindsay Canter charged with DUI homicide after forcing man’s vehicle off road and killing him; then fleeing

She entered a guilty plea to DUI on Aug. 8, 2014, in a plea deal with St. Mary’s County States Attorney Richard Fritz and was given Probation Before Judgement with sixty days in jail and all of the jail time suspended. The plea deal also provided for her to pay a fine of $192.50.
