Texas: Belinda Hogan killed after car crashes into house; Miquel Ruiz charged with DUI manslaughter
Hogan was pronounced deceased at the scene. Ruiz was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and was subsequently arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter.
