Blood test result revealed that BELLEROSE was operating the vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .14 percent. BELLEROSE also admitted to drinking throughout the day.

Police said it appeared that Kyreakedes was driving toward downtown White Plains when he crashed into the tree just outside CVS between Rutherford and Livingston avenues.
