Zoller was placed under arrest for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Stanke was charged with DWI, reckless driving, improper use of high beam lights.

DIRIENZO continued to punch the trooper in the face while trying to disarm him. The trooper managed to defend himself by punching DIRIENZO back who let go of the trooper’s rifle.

As he rode by, the rider slapped the right forearm of one of the officers, who had it resting on the open window sill of the patrol car.
