DELAWARE: State Police report Mary A. Williams charged with vehicular assault DUI after romp through the woods
police say it was learned that the driver, Williams, was traveling at a high rate of speed and in a reckless manner when she failed to negotiate a turn causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike several standing pine trees.
